New state
- 15% off the build fee for your first office in a new state
- More offices in that state follow the same-state ladder: 50%, then 75%
A new state means new rules, so the first office there is a full build.
Monthly retainer
Full price for every office. Each office is a system we run every month, and it’s what holds your market.
Your market
One brokerage per market still holds. A second office in the same market is covered by the same claim.
